Rulebreaker
The type who doesn't really like to follow rules to certain extent. Having some sort of urge to do what others says don't to .. like, if a sign say 'don't pull', it's a trigger for him to do the otherwise.

Procastinator
Almost always try to get the job done only when it's very close to the deadline. His priority is rather screwed up; he often prioritize his interest above anything (unless if it's life threatening of course). He may prioritize finishing a level in some game than finishing up a mission.

Lurker
..also self-explanatory.

Rather protective and doting toward Plip (his Empoleon).

The one who did the daily spanking to Arc whenever he got caught procastinating or stuff. Seriously don't like taking orders from anyone. Or losing.

Posessive
If anyone, aside from Arc's family, ever did anything with Arc (even if it's just a short talk), he would go tantrum, hates the person 'responsible', and goes emo. Easily solved though, just say some nice word and it'll be over.

To the 'outsiders' who had been friendly to Plip however, he'll 'allow' you to do so.

Very silent; to a point where people could mistake him for being mute.. well, he sort of act like one anyway, conveys everything with direct act and stuff, chose to wrote stuff down if he really have to say something .. he could talk though. Just don't want to.

Clingy
To the one he close with, he could be incredibly clingy. Beware for getting stalked. On the bright side though, he'll do everything for you once you get close enough.

Dedicated
Only taking orders from higher-ups or close friend; once given, he'll do everything to get the job done.

Often daydreams when not doing anything.

B i o:

..Not so much interesting things happens in Arc's life; seeing as how he was born and grew up in Aisumond, the most peaceful country in all land .. due to it's very strict set of rules. He was born into a military family; his two brothers and his dad were in Army, his sister is in Medic, even his mom is in Navy. Arc might've been the only one in the family who haven't been stepping into military service despite been trained for it (..in which he ran away from rather often). Grounding him is pretty much useless; so after given up on Arc for some time, finally his dad 'kidnaps' Plip to force him into joining the military. Trying out Navy field, because that's where he think he could do best, and Plip is a water pokemon anyway.. ?


[T h e M e e t i n g]
When he's about 12 year old, he found an injured Piplup in an alleyway, and brought it home out of pity (how the hell the poor thing get there, he have no idea). Eventually, Arc love keeping the little guy company; even given him a name, 'Plip', when actually he plan to release Plip once he's cured.. Well, he did. But, maybe too accustomed to Arc's presence or something, the little guy always keep on coming back to his room .. until Arc decides to keep him; and they've been bestfriend ever since. As time goes by, Plip evolves into Prinplup .. then into Empoleon .. and been annoyingly bossy since then.
P o k e - F u s e r : Little dice
Which attached to his earring. To go to ANON form, well obviously.. roll the dice. By hand; it have..some sort of motion sensory on it. Merging happens when it stops 'roll'ing.

- Arc is having some sort of phobia toward mirrors; if he need to see his reflection, he'll just look for any reflective surface; anything but mirrors. May use webcam.

- He prefer kept Plip in fuser form when he goes out in public.

- Inside Kalos's mask, there are some sort of stored, condensed oxygen which would sublime in contact with exhaled breath. (..so if he didn't need to dive or sort, he'd take the mask off.)

- Within Arc's family, the Pokemons inside were considered part of the family.

Kalos's eyes is green/blue (u-uh heterochromic if allowed ? ) b-but i shade it too much it didnt show sdkjhfkdshk /cry /shot
